We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, our return policy is limited.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jerseys
  • Bulk orders (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

Reporting an Issue

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the product

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed, we may:

  • Offer a replacement
  • Issue a refund (if applicable)
  • Provide store credit

Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return shipping may be covered only if the issue is our fault
