High Saturation That Survives the Season

Bright blues are the first colours to fade on heat-transfer jerseys. Sublimation bonds the dye into the polyester itself, so the electric blue you approve on the mockup is the same blue at the end of the season. That durability is the reason travel programmes choose sublimated jerseys over printed ones.

Fabric Options for Youth Travel Schedules

Youth travel schedules mean weekend tournaments and heavy laundry cycles. Pro-Wick Ultra Premium at 200 to 250 GSM laminated is the practical default. Poly-Cotton Sub Premium at 170 GSM keeps costs down for large rosters, and Pro-Air at 250 GSM is the pick for teams playing in humidity.

Decoration and Logo Placement

Sublimation is included in the price. DTF adds $5 per piece for fine sponsor detail and embroidery adds $8 for a raised crest. Five placements are available: back neck centre, left chest, right chest, left sleeve and right sleeve. The differences are explained on the printing methods page.

BSB015 uses a brighter, more saturated blue with youth-oriented panel work. The BSB026 version runs a deeper tone, and the Blue Velocity (BSB022) uses directional panelling instead.
