Desert Camo is a sand and tan camouflage custom baseball jersey built for military appreciation nights, first responder fundraisers and camo-themed tournament weekends. Fully sublimated, so the camo pattern runs edge to edge with no print break, and personalised with your logo, names and numbers. No minimum order, made in the USA, free shipping.
Why Camo Has to Be Sublimated
Camouflage is the one pattern screen printing genuinely cannot handle. It needs full garment coverage including seams, sleeves and side panels, which means it must be dye sublimated. Desert Camo prints the pattern into the fabric across the entire piece, so there is no printed rectangle sitting on a plain shirt.
Military Appreciation and Fundraiser Builds
These are usually single-game runs with dedications, unit names or service branch marks. Because there is no minimum order and no setup fee, a one-night jersey is economically sensible. Fabric Options for Late Season Heat
Appreciation nights often fall in mid summer. Pro-Air at 250 GSM laminated moves the most air, with Poly-Mesh at 180 GSM as the lightest and lowest cost alternative. Heavier Pro-Performance at 280 GSM suits jerseys intended to be kept and framed rather than played in.
Sizing and Fit
Youth and adult sizing both run, with Classic Loose Fit standard and Compression Elastic Fit at $4 extra. Fundraiser jerseys sold to supporters usually run Classic Loose because it fits a wider range of body types.
